Ramadhan Iftar 2019

During the holy month of Ramadhan, IUAA Indonesia Chapter hosted a Ramadhan Iftar event in Jakarta. Alumni from various graduating years attended, providing a valuable opportunity for networking and connection.

Ramadhan Iftar is the evening meal that Muslims break their fast with during the holy month of Ramadhan. It's a time where families and friends come together to share a meal, reflect on their day of fasting, and strengthen their bonds with one another. The meal typically starts with dates and water, following the tradition of Prophet Muhammad. Then various dishes are served, ranging from soups to salads, meat dishes, and desserts. The meal can be elaborate or simple, depending on personal preferences and cultural traditions. Ramadhan Iftar is not just about satisfying hunger; it's also about fostering community spirit and practicing self-discipline and gratitude during this sacred time of year.
