As one of the founding partners of Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto, one of the leading law firms in Indonesia, Andy Kelana has been serving clients in the areas of energy & natural resources, IT, telecommunication & media, as well as plantation & forestry. His notable work includes advising Telekom Malaysia in the acquisition of PT. Excelcolmindo Pratama (now PT. XL Axiata), as well as the development of the 2000MW Paiton Units 3, 7, and 8 coal-fired power plants in East Java.
Arie Armand, on the other hand, is an attorney at AYMP (Armand Yapsunto Muharamsyah & Partners) Atelier of Law, one of the premier law firms based in Jakarta, Indonesia. During his time at AYMP, he pioneered two legal practice areas, which were the capital market and derivative transactions. Aside from being the anchor partner for the firm at those two legal practice areas, Mr. Armand has been working on M&A cases, as well as serving clients in the banking & finance sector.
